~ Activation will take 24 business hours from the date of successful validation. Once activate the benefits cannot be transferred to a different device.
~ Only One carepack can be activated for a single laptop at a time. Example: You cannot activate two 1 year carepacks on the same device.
~ Each laptop model has its unique carepack, kindly verify compatibility through the model number available on the backside of your laptop.
Total warranty of 3 Years (1 Year Default Base Warranty + 2 Year Additional Warranty) enabling extended protection for your device from the manufacturer.
~ Next business day onsite support or remote technical support over call and email. Repairs are done using 100% genuine HP parts and by trained HP technicians.
~ Compatible with HP 14, 14q, 15q & 15g and Chromebook series laptops (excluding Pavilion, Omen & Envy 14-15 series).
~ Applicable only for HP Laptops sold by HP India. Imported and Out of Warranty Devices are not eligible. Activate your Care Pack within 90 days of your device purchase date.
