A Sales
Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound phone calls to potential
customers to generate sales leads, promoting products or services, and closing
sales over the phone. Sales Telemarketers work closely with the sales team and
follow established scripts or guidelines to effectively communicate the value
proposition of the company's offerings.
Key
Responsibilities:
1-
Conduct
outbound calls to a predetermined list of prospects or cold leads.

Introduce
and promote products or services to potential customers over the phone.

Engage
in active listening to understand customer needs, address queries, and provide
appropriate solutions.

Follow
sales scripts or guidelines to effectively present the features and benefits of
the company's offerings.

Identify
and qualify sales opportunities, and convert leads into sales through
persuasive communication.

Met or exceeded
sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.

Provide exceptional customer service by
promptly addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer
satisfaction.

Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards while conducting
sales activities.

Excellent
active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses
accordingly.

Good
sales and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.

Self-motivated
and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets.

Ability

and time management skills to handle multiple calls, prioritize tasks, and
manage follow-ups.
Basic computer skills for data entry, CRM usage,
and email communication
1-Graduation is Mandatory
2- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
1-
Previous
experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
