As a Tele Sales Executive
for Extended Warranty, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales
through outbound calls to potential customers. You will be tasked with
promoting and selling extended warranty plans for various products, such as
electronics, appliances, automobiles, or other consumer goods. Your goal is to
educate customers about the benefits of extended warranties and persuade them
to purchase these plans.

Initiate
outbound calls to prospective customers to promote extended warranty plans.

Develop a
thorough understanding of the extended warranty plans offered for different
products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Engage with
customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and trust.
·
Address any
concerns or objections raised by customers regarding the extended warranty
plans and provide appropriate solutions or information to alleviate their
concerns.
·
Close sales by
effectively guiding customers through the purchasing process and completing
necessary documentation.
·
Work towards
achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the company.
·
Conduct
follow-up calls with prospective customers to nurture leads and encourage sales
conversion.
·
Ensure accurate
and timely completion of sales-related documentation and administrative tasks.
·
Adhere to all
relevant regulations and company policies governing sales practices and
customer interactions.
·
High school
diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Proven experience in telesales or direct sales, preferably in the insurance, warranty, or consumer goods industry.
·
Proficiency in
basic computer applications and CRM software for maintaining customer records
and processing sales transactions.
· Prior experience selling extended warranties or insurance products is a plus.
