Job Description :
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communication and coordination with colleagues.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Prior experience in customer support or similar.
Skills :
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
Education Details :

Graduate/ diploma with the right attitude to work his/her way up through a start-up through hard work and a close match to the skills required.

Experience- 0-6 months
