- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communication and coordination with colleagues.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Prior experience as a customer support or similar.

- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge about Ms. Excel is a must
